Hey y’all not sure where to begin, so here goes the start. As you well know it’s been a crazy week back home to guatemala. With many uncertainties and no peace before returning and the enemy attacking hard. I was at a point where everything that the LORD had placed in my heart to say when given the opportunity to speak at a church or to a group of people while on our trip was put to the test. I knew I had to stick to HIS word even when I couldn’t feel it. Knowing at any point I may have to take my family and skip out. Leaving what GOD had put in my heart to do on hold. Through your faithfulness to GOD and your prayers I write to say redemption, grace, and forgiveness has come upon the two men whom threatened our family and ministry. It is absolutely incredible how our Heavenly FATHER as shown up and shown out in all of this. One day when you see us in person feel free to ask us details as it would be easier to share in person.

So are we completely out from being threatened?

I would say not 100% but GOD will provide.

Does this affect people coming to visit us?

Not at all as the overall scheme of things has been settled.

Do we understand why GOD allowed this to happen?

Not exactly but we do know it was to grow our faith and put a couple of things into action for the ministry here.

Can you stop praying for us?

You can But we ask that you do not, it’s the greatest thing you will ever do for us and we need them now more than ever.

We are forever at debt to each you who have specifically prayed for us this past week. Words can not describe our gratitude. The Bible says James 5:16

Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.

The last part of that verse illuminated this week through you.

Many other verses GOD showed us through others were ones like psalm 37( which was the one he placed on my heart to start the ministry on the mountain) then this one of that chapter:

8 “Refrain from anger and turn from wrath;

do not fret—it leads only to evil.”

Another one from a friend was:

Deuteronomy 31:8

8 The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.”

Many other verses like that of GOD just comforting and guiding us through HIS word. Hebrews 4:12

“For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.”

Another cool thing out of this is that our neighbors were here for us since it all went down on Friday they even came over Saturday morning brought a guard as you can see in the picture (hehehe). Then they helped us move stuff out of the house to the first level of our new building so we can give the house back on December 1st. Some have called to see if we needed any assistance. Also Chad and Dany came up to help too.

Between y’all and our neighbors we have been very blessed. Please, please, please keep those prayers coming and know we too are praying for you.

Blessing in CHRIST,

The Clemmons Family Guatemala
