2corinthians 9

10 Now he who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will also supply and increase your store of seed and will enlarge the harvest of your righteousness. 11 You will be enriched in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God.

What a week it has been. We were blessed with 8 people from Gracepoint Portland Texas that arrived on Sunday night. We arrived on campus around 8:30pm and they jumped right in and packed 200 food bags.

Then Monday morning woke up and headed down the mountain and across the creeks and back up to a town called san Andrés Osuna where the LORD rocked it with a kids activity and door to door evangelism with our brothers and sisters from Arce de Noe church. Being with kids and watching them worship GOD when we first arrived was amazing. Then seeing HIM show up by guiding us specifically with the families we were able to visit was indescribable. Seeds were planted and souls were harvested as HE did HIS thing.

Tuesday due to the fast pace of arriving late and then being gone all day with 3 hours of round trip travel on Monday we moved slow on Tuesday and were able to go and hang out with brother Hilmar at “senderos de Luz” feeding center. We also took the inflatables for the kids at which seemed to be a great time.

Wednesday it was off to the lake where we met up with missionary Mikaela and were able to minister door to door with a few families. Then almost all the ladies of the community (roughly 65 families) packed into what is the church, heard the love gospel of JESUS before receiving a bible and a food bag.  Oh how the LORD was moving again.  Afterwards the team did the bounce houses with the kids and gave out candy.  On our way out Pastor Gerson and Heidy good friends from another community led us to pray for two of Gersons cousins who had been in a motors cycle accident over a year ago and still haven’t healed yet.  They know of GOD but just weren’t ready to commit to givibg their lives to HIM. Their mom is a widow of about 12 years. It’s clearly a spiritual warfare going on hearing of their attacks in life by the list of their father and then the accident that has kept them from not being able to walk well yet. They were very polite and wanted a new bible hopefully were encouraged and will give their lives to CHRIST.

Arriving back late on Wednesday the team again arose fairly early Thursday morning and loaded up to head to the pacific coast. We were able to go door to door visiting families with food bags, praying for them and sharing the love gospel again. Then we did some activities with kids and gave them all gift bags. Including items for the youth that attended. Afterwards we did the JESUS film and presented the gospel of CHRIST once again. Totally a blessing for us.

Friday was kind of a rest recuperate and hang in Antigua before a 3:45am departure to the airport. Nonetheless some went and painted in the morning in la pinada de “Sendores de luz” with hermano Hilmar before going to Antigua.

Saturday Adam Lindsay took them to the airport and then took then we took the Tahoe to have the breaks fixed.  At around noon we had a few members of a church from the city come up for a time of preparation, rest, and fellowship as they will be bringing a big group of youth up for a camp at the end of the month LORD willing.

We are forever grateful to the LORD for what HE has done, is doing, and will continue to do in this place.  Words can’t explain the experiences we had this week serving him with the awesome folks from Gracepoint Portland. Now time to get on it as we prepare for some more folks coming in on Tuesday.

Hope y’all enjoy the pictures.

Blessings in CHRIST,
