Hey y’all quick week update because the week was quick. Had the opportunity to go with some new pastor friends we’ve been blessed to get to know a little to visit a couple of families in a town away from the town their church is actually in. It was amazing how the LORD had placed things on our hearts to share with both families for the perfect time that we had went to visit them. As I know I walked away personally in awe of GOD and how HE had us there in the right moment, to say the right thing, without knowing the full extent of their needs or situations. So here is a small glimpse of what our visits looked like. The way the LORD made HIS WORD come alive and directly shoot it at the situations was amazing!!! As I went in blind to who they are and what was going on. Yet I’m learning that if we will just get into HIS word and know what it says and be willing to let HIM use us then HE will take us where HE wants us to go to speak life into people we know nothing about. All for HIS glory…

The first family was a young family of new believers especually the husband and he had been in the house for 20 days with what seemed to be an illness that caused him to not be a be able to sleep due to severe aches and pains. As we began to share and talk it came to my attention that he was making himself sick due to fear. My first thought was he was afraid of Covid, he said he had been to two doctors who hadn’t been able to find anything wrong. Then as we began to talk more I was able to realize that this brother had been so deep into the Catholic Church rituals that he was afraid someone from the Catholic Church would come and cause him harm due to him receiving CHRIST and dropping all his duties of Catholicism. Thus he hadn’t been out of his house for nearly three weeks other than to go to the doctor. We were able to pray with him give each person in His family of 5 a new bible and bless them with a food bag. Please pray for boldness for this new brother of ours, that as he continues to read the bible that he would love that the perfect love HE has now in CHRIST should cast out all fear. That he would grow and be able to serve the LORD whole heartedly and not be fearful of others nor shameful for the new creation he is in CHRIST. May he resist the devil as GOD Word says the devil will then have to flee.

The second family was a widow and her daughter who were members of the church but hadn’t been in about 4 weeks. So we were able to pray with them and encourage them in their walk with the LORD. We also gave them bibles and food as well to fill there physical needs while also meeting their spiritual needs. One thing that stood put to us was when the daughter who is 24 years old began to talk about a guy that she had been talking to who was willing to leave his wife and kids to be with her because his wife wasn’t cooking for him like she should. I know sounds weird but it is what is unfortunately the culture in a lot of places. The sad thing is the young lady was willing to go with him to visit his family about 5 hours away and was going to be going the day after we went and visited. The fact that she couldn’t see her value in CHRIST was heart wrenching, so the pastor and his wife really stressed to her the importance in seeking the LORD and waiting on the right young man to come along that loves GOD and will love her. So please pray for them and especially for the daughter as a bad choice in emotions could change the route GOD has for her.

We were also blessed this week to install a new stove to one of our neighbors we had installed a stove for some 7 years ago. It was one of the first stoves our ministry had ever installed and this particular lady had used hers so much it was burnt and didn’t work well at all anymore. Plus it was an older style and the stoves since then have been modified to last longer. It was truly a blessing to see how she had used her stove to the max and had taken really good care of it considering it was the older style.

Off to another week…

GOD bless and thanks for reading!!!

Blessings in CHRIST,

Clemmons Family in Guate.
