Hey y’all well here we are another week has passed and we are moving right along. Last week the Hunts came up and helped us prep the HOP building for ministry retreat this past weekend before they departed for a few weeks to Alabama. So pray for the Hunt family while they are stateside. We look forward to having them back here in Guate soon.

As for the team that came up on Friday they seemed to have a blessed three days praying, learning, and planning their ministry to young people in particular homes in Guatemala City.

It was a blessing for us to hosts them here at the retreat center. On Sunday morning we hiked the mountain beside the house before they left around noon.

Just to let you know how we operate the center right now. All people or groups that come up are by word of mouth as we haven’t publicly/ officially announced it to churches or ministries due to needing to finish some major details like railing, tile, electrical, and stucco jobs. When those are finished we will inaugurate the campus and then open up. Nonetheless it’s a blessing having some already come up as we feel it is GOD giving us a glimpse of what HE is going to do in this place. We do not charge groups to use our facilities that come up for a retreat as it’s our goal for them to come to the mountain worry free and rest, be discipled, pray, draw closer to GOD or whatever they need to do to flourish there physical for spiritual battle that is going on in there ministry. Right now we do charge water on big groups until we get our on well. Then of course gas only if they use our stove. They bring everything else.

Also as you may well know we have been adding an extension to Misael and Sandra’s house so we were able to finish that part on Monday and have now started on another house. We hope and pray that GOD is glorified through this and that those living in the house will have a fire and awakening for GOD that will not only save their family for eternity but everyone they come in contact with.

So stay tuned for the finished product and testimonies of those involved as we are praying big things in this outreach opportunity we have.
