“Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”

Philippians 4:6-7 NKJV

Hey y’all as always we thank the LORD for you as you too fight the good fight of faith and serve our LORD JESUS by taking up your cross daily. We have been blessed with some awesome weather the past two days and reminds me how Alabama truly is, just a week ago we were playing in the snow in freezing temperatures and today playing in the yard with shorts and 70 degree weather. Hahaha this BamaGuate boy ain’t sure about all that drastic change in weather. I’ve gotten used to the mountain weather of spring year round. Not because of that though but because we are ready to get back and continue what GOD has called us to do makes us excited to get back to Guatemala.

As many of you have heard and saw us post about Sandra and Misael (neighbors who are overseeing the retreat center campus while we have been away), you may also recall me mentioning them expecting their second child. They have a son Stephen who is 8 and had a miscarriage a couple years back. While since helping us in August of 2019 for us to come stateside she now has went almost full term and they are awaiting a little girl due to arrive in a couple weeks. We ask that you pray for them as everything seems great with the baby and momma and the doctors are planning for the baby to arrive Thursday March 4th. Pray for wisdom with them and that they baby would come smoothly on GOD’s perfect timing. They have been a blessing for us and we are excited to see them when we arrive in a couple weeks.

Here is a picture of them to give you a visual of this awesome sweet family…

Wednesday (1/24/21) Misael and Sandra had some ladies from their church come up to the retreat center campus as they were wanting a place where they could spend some time praying and fasting. So they were up on the mountain for quite some time doing that today.

It’s a blessing hearing and watching the LORD work before we have even finished the retreat campus completely and opened it up for full time ministry. To GOD be the glory as we thank HIM for using you to help us make HIS vision for us a reality.

Stay tuned for more to come…

Have faith by trusting what GOD is doing and going to do because of what HE has already done!!!

Blessings in CHRIST,

the Clemmons Family
